What if I go over 50 clients?

We tell you before it becomes a problem and you move to Pro. Nothing gets cut off overnight and no reminder is skipped.

Do you charge per user?

No. The price is per firm — add as many colleagues as you need, with no per-seat fee.

How much do WhatsApp messages cost?

WhatsApp reminders are not live yet — we are waiting on message-template approval. Reminders go by email for now, on every plan. Once WhatsApp is on, it is included in Pro at volumes that cover normal firm usage, and if you send unusually many we will talk to you before charging anything.
